Thursday evening kicked off the Shelby County’s Arts Center’s Southern Expressionist Show featuring Scott Vaughn Owen of Columbiana and Mary Anne Casey of Auburn, Alabama. The two humble, yet wildly expressionistic artist made a statement in the comfortable little quiet town! Many of Columbiana’s residents and Shelby County Arts supporters browsed the expansive gallery during the beautiful evening as well as some new Birmingham patrons, Auburn and Montevallo residents and students. Many other artist were there is support as well. The overall show is progressive and super exciting. This is a must see show!
